Please contact me to find out availability for your wedding. My preparation usually works as follows:

• We meet up and I can show you examples of my work, including a full wedding album. At this time we can discuss the packages and what kind of coverage you would like.
• Then, or later, we'll agree and sign a contract, and I'll ask for a £100 deposit to secure your booking for that day.
• I'll visit any new venue(s) before the day to scout for good locations in order to ensure that the photography on the day will run as smoothly as possible.
• If you wish I can offer suggestions for timings on the day, to help you plan your activities. The aim is to ensure we get the best possible photographs with the minimum disruption to your events.
• I like to meet again with you closer to the wedding day for a relaxed chat, to talk about any final arrangements. It's nice to get to know each other so you can feel at ease on the day.
• The balance of payment will be due 10 days before the wedding date.
• I'll have stocked up on supplies etc. and on the day before I'll optically and mechnically test all equipment and back up equipment.
• Following the wedding day (two weeks later or whenever is convenient for you) I'll deliver your choice format of all the shots taken on the day.
• Should you have chosen an album / book package, you can then let me know your choice of images and album style etc. From then on I can compile your book / album and make arrangements with you for the final delivery!
